Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RevenueNavigator website (revenuenavigator.pro) or engaging our consulting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RevenueNavigator Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus with registration number HE379158.

Description of Services

RevenueNavigator provides business planning and consulting services specifically for wellness centres, beauty salons, spas, and related businesses in the wellness industry. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Business plan development and strategic planning
• Market research and competitive analysis
• Financial planning and modelling
• Operational consulting and process optimisation
• Regulatory compliance guidance
• Growth strategy development

User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of RevenueNavigator and third parties
• Not engage in any activity that could harm our website, services, or reputation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Agreements

Specific consulting services will be provided under separate service agreements that will detail the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees. These Terms of Service apply to all such agreements unless explicitly modified in writing.

All consulting services are subject to our professional assessment and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine to be outside our area of expertise or contrary to our business interests.

Intellectual Property

All content on the RevenueNavigator website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of RevenueNavigator Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Any business plans, strategies, or consulting materials developed for clients remain the intellectual property of RevenueNavigator unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Clients retain ownership of their proprietary business information and data provided to us during the consulting process, subject to our right to use such information for the purpose of providing services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for consulting services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Fees are payable in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required

Confidentiality

We recognise the confidential nature of business information shared during our consulting engagements. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all proprietary information received from clients and will not disclose such information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our service relationship and continues indefinitely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevenueNavigator Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services or website.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We provide consulting services based on information available at the time and cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or success. Business planning involves inherent risks and uncertainties that are beyond our control.

Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with generally accepted professional standards for business consulting. We will exercise reasonable care and skill in the performance of our services but cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Clients are responsible for making their own business decisions based on our recommendations and conducting their own due diligence before implementing any strategies or plans.

Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. In the absence of specific termination provisions, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.

Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services performed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if payment obligations are not met or if there is a material breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website at any time without notice for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Website Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous website availability, we do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from website downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws in our handling of personal information.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or technical failures.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
